Compliant Usage Standards & Prohibited Operation Clauses
In order to maintain a healthy and standardized platform service ecosystem and protect the public service rights of all users, the platform clearly defines compliant usage standards and prohibited operation behaviors. All users must abide by public order and good customs and platform management rules during the use of services, and any non-compliant behavior will trigger corresponding platform management mechanisms. Standard compliance use is the basic prerequisite for users to obtain continuous and stable platform services.
All compliant user behaviors must meet the following basic standards. Users can legally browse platform content, independently complete order transactions, reasonably use platform preferential activities, normally apply for after-sales services, actively feed back platform optimization suggestions, and conduct legitimate product consultation and interactive behaviors. All compliant operation behaviors will be fully protected by platform rules to ensure users can obtain stable and high-quality service experience.
The platform strictly prohibits all kinds of malicious and non-compliant operation behaviors. Users are not allowed to use the platform to carry out illegal transactions, false orders, malicious order brushing and preferential policy fraud. It is forbidden to arbitrarily cancel orders in batches, apply for after-sales refunds maliciously for many times, and damage platform reputation through false evaluation and malicious comments.
At the same time, users are prohibited from invading platform system data, stealing platform picture text resources, using plug-ins to grab preferential resources, and interfering with the normal operation of the platform system.
For any verified non-compliant behavior, the platform has the right to take measures including but not limited to warning reminder, restricting service permissions, invalidating preferential benefits and terminating service qualifications.
