Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 3 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully authorized. This timeframe begins once your order has been placed and verified—not from the time of checkout or payment initiation. During peak periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing may take closer to the upper end of this range. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. These costs are displayed clearly in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase. We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping by default—rates vary depending on location and service level. No additional handling fees are applied beyond what appears during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Dignifiedformidable ships only to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany. We are actively evaluating expansion to additional markets but currently do not support deliveries to other regions—including all countries outside this list, U.S. territories, or overseas dependencies. If your location is not available at checkout, it is not currently serviced.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard international delivery typically takes 14 to 30 days, depending on your country and local carrier performance. Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier capacity, or unforeseen logistical delays. Domestic U.S. shipments generally arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. All estimated delivery windows are approximate and not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently do not support splitting a single order across multiple shipping addresses. Each order must be assigned to one delivery location. If you need items sent to different recipients or locations, please place separate orders—each with its own shipping address and applicable fees.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. All packages require a physical street address for reliable carrier handoff and tracking continuity. If your preferred delivery location is a post office box or military facility, we recommend selecting an alternate residential or commercial address where signature-capable delivery is possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VAT is included in the final price shown at checkout for customers in the UK and EU. For all other destinations—including the United States, Canada, and Australia—import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not collected by Dignifiedformidable. We cannot predict or cover these fees, nor can we declare goods as “gifts” or reduce declared values to avoid them.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with trackable services. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor progress in real time. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after shipment. You can also view your tracking status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—including customs inspections, extreme weather, carrier network disruptions, or holiday volume surges. If your package hasn’t updated in tracking for more than 7 business days after shipment, or if it appears lost according to carrier records, please contact our support team. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund after verification.
